CALL
Call for a free customized estimate for your property. We will meet with you in person or virtually to define the scope of your project. After the scope is clearly defined we will give you a cost that meets the unique needs of your project. Then we will define a construction plan free of the common pitfalls of endless change orders, cost and time overruns and lack of communication.
BUILD
We meet with your onsite property management to define the construction process which includes construction commencement, deadlines and facility specific construction needs. We provide you with completion trackers allowing managers to stay informed on the construction process, and define the acceptance of completed work.
DISCOVER
We support onsite management in record keeping and the care of the updated material and equipment for the residents use. You enjoy the results of a quality construction experience that allows you to discover the True Value of your property!

Blue Square Construction has been helping multi family and commercial property owners discover their property’s true value since 2008. We are a licensed general contractor in the state of GA serving our customers construction needs in the greater Atlanta area. From small repairs and installs to whole property interior rehabilitation and remodel. We partner with owners and asset managers to create a construction plan free of the common pitfalls of endless change orders, cost and time overruns and lack of communication. We do this using our “Blue Process” which is our unique construction plan that ensures our customers will receive a quality construction experience, that is on time, and on budget while we strive to exceed their expectations.

Chris brought his project management expertise along with his hands on construction experience to create a company dedicated to not just building and remodeling, but to giving our customers a construction experience that is simply not found in the commercial build out and apartment renovation industry. His dedication to customer experience and quality construction creates the backdrop to allow our customers to find their property’s true value.
Ben Hamrick
Vice President of Operations and Project Management
Ben has 20 years of construction experience that include project management of large out-of-ground structures as well as renovation of large healthcare facilities, commercial property build out, interior home renovation, and high end finish carpentry. Ben is wholly dedicated to increasing satisfaction in every facet of our customers' experience
Chip Creel
Project Manager
Chip is the newest member of our project management team. He has 16 years of construction and manufacturing management experience that include management of large construction supply retailers and ownership of his own kitchen and bath renovation company. His background in management and dedication to the details drive his success for our customers.
Jack Stewart
Project Manager
Jack has 20 years of project management and sales experience in industries from constructions to telecommunications. His abilities and dedication in relationship building with customers, suppliers and contractors make him a perfect fit to serve our customers well.
Jaclyn Kilcrease
Project Manager
Jaclyn has 18 years of construction industry experience with a long background in customer service and account management. Her expertise in 2020 design software helps her support our customers with their kitchen and bath design needs. She has excellent communication and organization skills that make her an invaluable part of our project management team.
